I think there were ad.s on Thurdays for something similar at St. Stephen's Green. The RPA were meant to take over the old toilets at St. Stephen's Green (I think they already have some electrical plant there) to add things like a staff break room. It would be nice if they also added a customer service / ticket vendor to it.

Note that you can get a Luas-included ticket (I didn't ask for Luas only) also from the CIE / IE travel centre on Lower Abbey Street (Abbey Luas stop).
