Any idea what happened?

When I got to Stillorgan at 5pm there was a big crowd and no inbound tram arrived till about 5.15pm. Several outbound trams passed through but I guess it took time to get them back out again. It was jammed all the way into the city centre, I think some people may have waited for the tram behind.

No platform announcements or apologies from the driver which I thought was bad form. There may have been something on the platform displays but I didn't see them.
