The taxi rank at Heuston

This is something that has been bothering me on a number of recent trips to Dublin.

At peak hours, a situation develops where you have passengers quesuing for taxis and taxis queuing for passengers.

Surely something can be done to improve this.

It's particularly frustrating on a rainy morning as it was earlier today.

Maybe there could be a 2nd rank on the other side of the building? That might also be fairer on the taxi drivers who usually drop passengers rouns there.
