Due to engineering works between Ballinasloe and Woodlawn on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th of February, the following service alterations will apply:

Ballinasloe and Woodlawn Engineering Works

Due to engineering works betwen Ballinasloe and Woodlawn on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th February, the following service arrangements will apply:

Saturday 15th February

19.35hrs Heuston to Galway service will operate to Ballinasloe only, with bus transfers onwards from Ballinasloe to Galway.

Sunday 16th February

08.05hrs Galway to Heuston service will operate as a bus transfer to Ballinasloe and train onwards from Ballinasloe to Heuston.

Upcoming Engineering Works.

Tullamore and Clara Engineering Works

Due to engineering works between Tullamore and Clara on Saturday 22nd February, the following services arrangements will apply:

18.30hrs Heuston/Galway service will operate to Tullamore only with bus transfers operating from Tullamore to Clara and Athlone and onwards by train from Athlone to Galway.

19.35hrs Heuston/Galway service will operate to Tullamore only with bus transfers from Tullamore to Athlone and onwards by train from Athlone to Galway.

19.20hrs Galway to Heuston service will operate to Athlone only with bus tranfers from Athlone to Clara and Tullamore and onwards by train from Tullamore to Heuston.

18.15 Westport/Heuston service will operate to Athlone only with bus transfers from Athlone to Clara and Tullamore and onward by train from Tullamore to Heuston.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for any inconvenience caused due to these essential works.
