I rang up the 1800 number a couple of times for anti-social behaviour/begging/etc. but it only operates in business hours.

So despite all the CCTV and customer service staff they can't keep an eye on their own trams and stops
Surely we should be calling 112 as good Europeans. In the case where the vandalism is likely to result in potential danger to the public calling the gardai is justifiable, its not if little anto wants to leave is signature in a tram window

I actually phoned the control centre about some rather unruly behaviour at Rialto and was told "How dare you phone us? How did you get the number?" - it had been on their website (and several others).
