Luas purchases on card

I topped up my Luas smartcard the other week and it showed up on my online banking as "Connex Transport D22". Now I remember Connex is an old operating name for Luas, but I rather wonder if they aren't asking for non-participation chargebacks (i.e. customer cannot remember performing the transaction), especially as they have no signature or PIN verification.
