[12/09/2011] Limited DART service between Bray/Greystones and Pearse
Irish rail saying on their twitter page that there is damage to the overhead wires and as a result a limited DART service is running between pearse and bray/greystones.
They are saying tickets currently being accepted on dublin bus until further notice in the areas affected |

Combination of wind and Irish Rail
Someone dug up the overhead feed cables at Dun Laoghaire on Sunday morning, so the substation there is off line so there is a risk of a trip out of the overhead system if several 8 coach trains put the foot down hard at the same time. Its impossible to coast through the section Dublin bound especially from platform 3 so problems are likely here Services are running Bray - Howth/Malahide as normal currently
