Again, early days, but from their website there are a few clues.

within a document called A New Deal for the West there is general endorsement of public transport and for it to be developed.

within that is a commitment to agree a timetable for the completion of the WRC

I'm responding to your email re SF rail policy.

We want to see investment in rail infrastructure which enhances the national transport network but at this time we are prioritising reinvestment in existing rail services.

The details of some of this will be in our soon to be published Manifesto but I can outline our priorities.

Restoration of the subvention to prevent austerity levels over a period of a few years with a view to a high level of annual subvention in the future.

This would go a long way to provide a more reliable, accessible, comfortable and most importantly affordable rail service for customers.

We will also make a one time capital investment to ensure all passenger rail services are wheelchair accessible and comfortable for people with disabilities

but i cant find anything rail related, apart from a promise to not privatise anything.
