It is available in hard-copy OR CD-Rom format and is also available on-line at.

It is a document well worth reading and for me it comes together on Page iii of the Summary......see highlighted references to Rail/Luas interaction.....Drumcondra Station where are U ...????

According to that report it looks like Clontarf and Broadstone will be redeveloped and new depots opened up in the north fringe and Grange Castle as replacements. I wouldnt be surprised if they are looking into releasing Donnybrook for development too given its obvious high land value.
