Default Faulty 22000 passage doors

Has there been reports of faulty passage doors with the new 22000 fleet. I only had one so far but the new 22k train carriage number 22416 had a faulty door, You couldn't walk through to the next carriage and had to use the other passage door to exit the train. What if both passage doors stopped working and the train driver wasn't looking at the CCTV cameras, How would one get off at there station??

Is it the door between the caraige and vestibule or the external door onto the platfrom?

If you can, notify the driver and someone in authority - RSC if you have to.

The inside doors walking to the next carriage and the next not the external exit/board the train.
You see the ticket officer/checker couldnt get through to the carriage that I was seating on & had to wait until the next station to get out, walk down and get into the carriage by the other external door down the train. It is his job to do something!Im just a passenger which IE never listen to
