![]() Saw this on the Luas website....has anybody seen any of these ever published?
Luas should provide you with a punctual journey, minimising your waiting, connection and transport time. We will do our most to ensure that trams run on-time. We will publish details of our performance every 12 weeks http://www.luas.ie/passenger-charter.php |

![]() They certainly do unlike Irish Rail
http://www.luas.ie/service-committment.php There is an excel file as well going back to the first month of service somewhere To be honest its not as if we need to see the numbers, the service continues to meet expectations

![]() thats only coz our expectations are really low from IR!!
Red line says that at peak times there should be 5.5 (7-10 am)mins between trams...i'm regularily waiting longer In fairness to Luas its a lot more reliable than IR...but still not to the levels of European rail transport |

![]() Interesting metric. It only shows the trips were done, not that they were done in a timely fashion.
