Sadly all too often Rail Users Ireland hears of passengers being told that the ticket they seek does not exist. While written assurances have been obtained from Irish Rail management to improve staff training these problems remain. So if you are having trouble getting the ticket you want, take note of the three digit code below. While the clerk at the booking office might be confused the ticket will get issued.
